How We Work

1. Telephone consultation

To kick things off, we will schedule a telephone consultation with you. We do this to see if we click and to get a taste of the challenge you face as entrepreneur or manager. This exploratory discussion is entirely free of charge and without obligation but gives us a good picture of the situation.

2. Face-to-face meeting

After the introductory telephone consultation, a face-to-face meeting will follow. During this appointment, we will get to know you better and take a look behind the scenes of your company. This is important as it enables us to make an estimate of the duration of the process. This physical appointment takes a maximum of 3 hours and a fee is invoiced for the consultation.

4. Getting started

Are we all on the same page? Are we in agreement? Then let's get to work! The teamwork begins, and together we take up the challenge.

3. Plan

If both parties give the go-ahead, we will draw up a thorough plan following the physical meeting. We do this together with you, the client, because we believe that trust and effective collaboration form the foundation for a successful adventure. Therefore, we do not work on the basis of an hourly bill. Our working method is transparent, open and goal oriented. We will make clear agreements with each other beforehand, so that neither party is faced with surprises. Our passion is to help companies and to get the job done together. Achieving success is our greatest reward

Good to know

In principle, COVISO Consultancy will only stand alongside existing management or DGAs, and we will only play an advisory role. If the board, the management or the DGA decides to follow the advice, we can assist in implementing the plans. However, we emphasise that the entrepreneur always decides; the entrepreneur remains at the helm of the company and is the only person authorised to make decisions.

For us, it is above all about cooperation, getting the job done together to achieve the objectives and expectations while retaining the entrepreneur's vision, passion and insight. When we leave the company after the job, the entrepreneur must still feel that it is his or her company and must not feel like a stranger within the company.
