Rates are determined after we have an insight into the case and after the expectations of both parties have been defined. The following aspects are important in this process:

 • How much work the case requires;
 • How much time per week or month is required;
 • Any risks involved;
 • How much work the entrepreneur and the employees do themselves and whether it is problem-solving or simply "doing the dirty work" .... Think of it as cleaning up the company (reorganisation and tricky HRM data issues etc.).

We do not work on a 'no cure, no pay' basis, but we also understand that small companies or companies in financial difficulties cannot afford high hourly or monthly wages. We are happy to find an appropriate solution together with you.

Small jobs requiring less than three days' work (or 24 hours), for example, are charged a lower fee than a job that requires 40 hours per week. If the company cannot bear the costs, a small basic fee will be charged together with a success fee/end fee. For a small monthly investment, we can be your sounding board, or you can discuss your daily challenges with us.

We also look at the company’s financial situation. It makes no sense to ask for a fee that will bring the company into (further) financial difficulties. A fee must not be the bottleneck for successful cooperation. A lower fee, however, will result in a success fee or a percentage of the profit. The variations and opportunities are limitless.
