COVISO stands for Company Vision and Solutions. We help organisations with problems, and complex issues as well as during the organisation’s start-up, development and growth phases. We act as your right hand in decision-making and tackling problems within your company. We see it as a welcome challenge to get to the core of the business problem using analyses and reports. Based on annual figures from the past 5 years and the current year, we will look at and analyse your business situation. We also look at the successes of the company in the past and include this in our report.
Next, we conduct a quick scan of the market and potential and analyse the results. Solutions are never standard because every company and entrepreneur, but also every problem or cause is different.
After analysing the cause of the problems, we will sit down with the entrepreneur and discuss as many options and solutions as possible, along with the actions that need to be taken and how COVISO can assist.

Supporting private limited companies in setting and achieving their objectives
A growing and vibrant company will need to review its mission and vision from time to time and see if it is still a good fit for the company and entrepreneur or manager.
Together with the entrepreneur or manager, CONVISO will take a close look at the vision and mission of the company and possibly adjust or fine-tune them. We will also look at what is needed to achieve the objectives. Together, we will draw up a concise plan and include any pitfalls or problems, which we will collectively take stock of.
Helping with start-up and feasibility of the plan
At COVISO Consultancy, we can assist your start-up when preparing a feasibility plan, taking a critical look at the commercial and financial story. We determine whether everything is clear and complete in the plan and whether the plan is realistic and feasible. You can tap into our years of experience in entrepreneurship and negotiations with finance providers.
Growing businesses by finding new products, customers or applications
The time will come when your company is ready for the next step. But what steps must be taken to realise that growth? Is it at all possible to realise growth with your current product portfolio and the region where your company is active? COVISO acts as a sparring partner concerning the growth possibilities and helps to put them in action. In this process, we would like to emphasise that we only conduct the research and help identify the possible cause of negative experiences. We do not provide training and we do not coach employees. However, we can help you find a good partner who is specialised in this field.

For every company, it is good to have or create a solid business plan. A business plan helps you focus on where you want to go with the organisation and to determine which target groups fall within your customer base. In addition, a business plan is very important and necessary if financing for the company is desired. Experience has shown that a starting entrepreneur often forgets crucial elements that are necessary for a business plan. COVISO helps you to make a compact but complete business plan for your company.
International sales & business in and with Africa, America and Asia
Each country has its own customs, rules, legislation and, of course, its own languages. Within our many years of experience, we have acquired extensive experience in international sales in the purchasing, but also on the sales side of the equation. We know the dangers and the points of attention all too well. If your company is thinking of starting up abroad, there are numerous aspects to consider. We specialise in South Africa and we see it as a country with a wealth of potential due to its many possibilities and opportunities.
We also help you to acquire importers and agencies. We have been doing this for more than 30 years and have acquired many agencies and importers.

In principle, COVISO consultancy supports all companies in any industry, with the exception of companies operating in the industrial transmission/drive technology and travel industries. We cannot accept clients who are in competition with our other companies. We do not engage in conflicts of interest.
There are also some areas where we cannot help, such as war zones. For these areas, we may be able to put you in contact with other parties who can advise you on this.
What don’t we do
No courses or permanent employment
To ensure our independence, we do not offer training courses and are not open to (temporary) permanent employment. We will also not actively participate in your organisation for an extended period (preferably not at all). Should this be necessary, or if your preference is such, we will, in consultation with you, advise other parties who can assist your company.
No executive role, only exceptional situations
In principle, COVISO Consultancy will not take over the management of the company. We have an advisory role and will not carry out any executive tasks. If this is desired or necessary for any reason, other agreements and fees are applicable. We can provide temporary (3 to 6 months) support on an interim management basis, with the aim of supporting the company until the old or new management has returned. We can do this for several hours per day, several days per week or full-time.
No financing
We do not provide business loans or financing. We can, of course, help you find the right organisations that do provide financing and help you draw up propositions.
No participation in the company
COVISO experts will not participate in the company. We will remain an independent consultancy and support agency.
We are selective
To ensure and maintain focus, it is our preference not to help too many companies at once. We are therefore highly selective in making our choices. We only want to cooperate and help companies if the entrepreneur is serious about his business and truly wants to achieve success; passion and commitment are very important to us.
Privacy
COVISO Consultancy handles information very discretely and will never reveal which companies are being advised or helped. We do not mention the names of our clients and are mainly working in the background, unless the entrepreneur explicitly requests presence in the foreground.
